Recently we undertook a Customer Satisfaction Survey as part of our commitment to continuous improvement. Happily, our customers gave us a 5-star, top rating for our OVERALL WashPod service. This spans from the first contact, through to site survey and installation and onto post installation.

Congratulations go the WashPod Team but we’re not resting on our laurels. As our Operations Director, Lewis Gopsill says “There is always room for improvement. We’ve achieved some excellent insights into the particular needs of our customers which we will now feed back into our customer service operation – and we will continue to ask for feedback all the time”.
